What makes this painting course in Tuscany special?

• Painting in fantastic locations: Tuscany offers an abundance of inspiring places to paint. From rolling hills and cypress avenues to picturesque villages and historic cities - each location will stimulate your artistic senses.
  
• Various painting techniques: Experiment with different materials such as pencil, charcoal, watercolor and acrylic paint. Discover which technique suits you best and develop your own style.
  
• "Learning on the job": No rigid school system, but plenty of room for personal freedom. You will receive an assignment every day, but you determine your own material and subject.
  
• Small groups: Paint in an intimate setting with personal attention from Peet. This way you get the most out of your learning experience.

Peet Wessels is an experienced artist with a passion for painting and sharing her knowledge. With 25 years of experience in teaching painting lessons and workshops, she has built a reputation as an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher.
Peet believes in a personal and relaxed approach to teaching. She avoids a rigid school system and gives her students the freedom to follow their own creative path. Her motto "learning on the job" reflects her belief that the best way to learn is by doing.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced painter, Peet's expertise and guidance will help you develop your skills and discover your artistic potential. Her painting workshops are not only educational, but also a fun and inspiring experience.

The accommodation

During this painting trip we will stay in an agriturismo on an estate in the province of Siena. The agriturismo has an excellent restaurant and is a renowned wine producer of, among other things, the Brunello di Montalcino. It is situated in the hills with a view of the surroundings. Around the agriturismo is a beautiful garden with a great swimming pool for the warm days. In the agriturismo each room has its own bathroom.
