Antico Borgo di Tignano
Antico Borgo di Tignano is a picturesque hamlet at the end of a strada bianca, a group of houses located in the hills of Tuscany. Gabriella transformed the ruins of this hamlet into the attractive Antico Borgo di Tignano. She herselves lives in one of the houses in the borgo together with her cats. Gabriella is charming and very welcoming and pays a lot of attention to her guests.
In the hamlet there are only two houses permanently inhabited. The other houses are used for holiday apartments. These were designed by Gabriella herself. They are very spacious and beautiful apartments with modern facilities. The whole hamlet has been restored with great attention to detail and with reused authentic materials.
Antico Borgo di Tignano also has a restaurant, La Terrazza di Dante, where you can enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine. The restaurant has a terrace from which you have stunning views over the surrounding hills of the Berignone.
