Is cooking your passion? Do you want to discover Italian and Tuscan cuisine? We offer a 5-day cooking journey, in a beautiful setting with a cosy atmosphere, and with an Italian chef. Because who else is the best person to learn Italian cuisine from?
Only the best ingredients
We at Triptoscana have been traveling the region of Tuscany since 2012 and we know it like the back of our hand. During this trip we will take you to the small city of Volterra, steeped in history dating back 4 millenia, and other picturesque medieval hill towns and villages. Osvaldo will be delighted to introduce you to the Italian lifestyle with tips, stories and anecdotes.
During the morning we will take you on a tour to the best local, artisan food producers. You will taste, see and smell what master cheese makers, winegrowers and many others produce. We will show you only the best so you can experience the soul of Tuscany and “La dolce vita”. In the afternoon we start with the cooking workshop and end the day with an excellent dinner.
Expert hands create culinary masterpieces.
Federico Frosali, a passionate cook, was born and raised in Tuscany where his grandmother passed on her passion for cooking to him. He gives lessons to entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry, is often asked to be a “Chef at home”, has developed his own line of delicious products made with the best ingredients and, together with his wife, runs a shop which sells local products. For a few years now, we at Triptoscana, have been working, with great culinary pleasure, with Federico.
During the cooking journey Federico will tell you all the secrets of how to put a delicious dinner on the table, using only the best, regional products of the season.

You can come with your own car or by plane in combination with a rental car on site. The nearest airports are Pisa and Florence. For the day programme, participants use their own (or their rental) car.
- This arrangement is organized with due observance of the guidelines of the Dutch RIVM and the Italian government applicable at the time of the trip.
- In case of a negative travel advice by the government, cancellation is free of charge by the participant at all times.
