Casa Fontanino
Casa Fontanino is a beautiful villa in Tuscany near the city of Lucca.
At the foot of the medieval village of Montecarlo lies the former
farmhouse Casa Fontanino. The region is known for the DOC wines and
olive oil. It is very central to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence, an
ideal destination for a family vacation, group of friends or an intimate
wedding.
Stefano and his wife Antonella, interior designer and stylist, have personally transformed the old farmhouse into the current villa. They welcome you in Casa Fontanino. The villa has a total of seven bedrooms, five on the first floor and two on the ground floor. Each room has a private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and kitchen that both blend into the lovely terrace. Ideal for having all together lunch or dinner outside.
The estate is more than ten hectares large with olive and fruit trees. Directly around the villa is a beautiful garden with a well-kept English lawn and a large swimming pool with hydromassage. In summer, the owner keeps a vegetable garden with delicious tomatoes for the guests.
