L'Antica Fornace
L'Antica Fornace is a agriturismo run by a young couple and it shows! The interior is modern country with clear characteristics of young people. The apartments are very well designed, with luxury and comfort with a bit of Italian kitsch.
Lucia and Daniele started the agriturismo. Originally the building was a brick oven, hence the name Antica Fornace. But it is completely rebuilt in order to be able to realize the apartments and B&B rooms. The grounds around the house and the pool are very well maintained. L'Antica Fornace is located on a hill so you have a fantastic view from the garden!
It is Lucia who takes care off the guests. Particular at L'Antica Fornace is that the stay always includes breakfast. So also for the guests in the apartments. Everyday Lucia serves a delicious and rich Tuscan breakfast. And as a true agriturismo, all products are 100% Tuscan. A few times a week, they also organize a dinner. The olive oil and wine are of Lucia and Daniele themselves because they produce wine of three hectares from vines and olive oil from the 740 olive trees.
