Pian di Meta Vecchia
Pian di Meta Vecchia is an organic farm with B&B and an excellent restaurant! Elena and Andrea have realized this more than six years ago. Before that time they had a successful restaurant in the center of Venice. But after years of hard work, they decided to move to this beautiful place. Here they were able to realize their dream. They have beautifully restored an old farmhouse into their home and a B&B with restaurant. On their land, they have a vineyard and olive grove for their own wine and oil.
The place is located in a beautiful nature area. The last few kilometers of the road are unpaved. Everyday you see the deer and wild boar in the fields surrounding the house. Pian di Meta Vecchia is centrally located with respect to the famous little towns such as Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino. The Val D'Orcia is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is one of the most beautiful landscapes that you can admire in Tuscany. From the B&B you can take beautifull walks such as to the Abbazzia di Sant Antimo.
The B&B has a cozy little restaurant. The bedrooms are simply furnished but with all the comforts. This is a place for those who seek peace and quiet and also like to enjoy a good dinner. Elena and Andrea like to enjoy their life and know how to make their guests happy.
